If you build The Printshop during the Park step, you must lose coins according to the card rule at the end of the Park step, even if you didn't gain coins at the start. The usual workaround for this is to build such that you have nothing left to lose at the end of the round. There are also methods available in a some theme packs to build it during the Events step.
You can build and own an Offshore Account while you have The Printshop, but you cannot use the Offshore Account's ability to add coins to its total.
However, the Offshore Account also has an ability that doesn't require your involvement, which is to add 20% of its total to itself. This continues to operate even if The Printshop is in your park.
Note also that an attraction's abilities become inactive when the attraction is closed, so if The Printshop closes for a round, the Offshore Account is available to use during that time.
Thematically, the overseas banks are not interested in taking your cash whenever it might be counterfeit.

Shady Business offers an immediate choice - you can choose to accept 10 coins with a prohibition against playing Event cards from your hand this round, or not. You gain the coins immediately after making the choice.
This card is on the list for future review and update, to make the wording more immediately clear.
Note that discarding a card to defend against an attack is considered "playing" that Event card, so if you choose to take the coins, only defense abilities that are on Park cards will be available to you.
This is intended to be a decision, a risk-reward tradeoff, rather than just a nice bonus if you happen not to play any other Event cards.
If you take the job with Gangsters, you'll be too busy for any other direct Event card play that round.
Previously "Events step: You may choose to play no events from your hand at all. If you do, gain 10 coins instead."
The previous wording caused some confusion regarding the timing of the choice. Do players take the money immediately, or only at the end of the Events step when they have in fact played no events?
The revised wording is intended to make it clear that if the player gains coins immediately if they choose that option, and playing events (of any kind, for simplicity) is then prohibited.

A Tax Audit doesn't prohibit Offshore Accounts from gaining coins - the critical distinction is that you cannot put coins into an Offshore Account. If the intention was to prevent Offshore Accounts from gaining coins at all, the wording would be "Offshore Accounts cannot gain coins this round."

Previously "Return all staff members in your park to your hand."
The new version handles the change in state through the keyword "dismiss", which means that other effects that trigger from dismissal can come into play. The previous version wasn't clear whether just putting the staff back into your hand counted as dismissal or not.

The Car Chase has a Gangster theme built in, so all that is required to complete this blueprint is one additional separate upgrade added to it.
Previously did not include "+ Gangster theme icon".
Because the Car Chase has a Gangster theme built-in, it wasn't clear whether "any other upgrade" meant "other than the one already there" or not. This raised questions, so this version clarifies that it means any other upgrade in addition to the theme.

The original version omitted the word "with" after "Any Hotel". This raised questions about what subtle distinction was implied by the absence of this word (in fact, there was no coded message, it was a mistake).

Previously "close all ride attractions", now limited to "a type of ride attraction".
The original effect proved to be a bit more harsh than some players expected (especially those who built all-ride parks).
The new effect is limited to one type of ride attraction, without saying specifically "thrill ride" or "leisure ride", which means it can expand to work with future theme packs that include other types of rides without needing to be changed again.

This event offers two separate options, each of which is optional. You can choose to use only one, or the other, or both.
This means it is possible to discard a blueprint if you wish, without being forced to take another.
Original printings of this card have a small variation in the wording of Project Management. It was previously written as:
Please use this wording, from the current version of the card, if there is any dispute about the intention:
The change to the first sentence allows the card to still be useful in the case when the Blueprint deck has fewer than three cards remaining. This was the intended functioning of the card, and wasn't expressed precisely enough in the original printing.
The change to the second sentence doesn't change the meaning. The wording was adjusted to bring it into the line with improvements in the wording guidelines for card rules.

The effect doesn't stack with itself. You don't get half of half price if you play two copies of Renovation at once. This is because each one gives a discount based on the marked coin price, which is the number printed on the blue price tag on the card.
If you play two copies, you simply have two different ways to get half price.
The same goes for other effects that give half price. You can have multiple ways of accessing half price builds, through different abilities such as Building Contractor, but they can't be combined together.
The half-price discount only applies to cards that are priced in coins. Prices marked in Alien Influence or any other currency are not reduced.
You can use Renovation on any of your closed attractions, no matter how they came to be closed, whether it be through the event itself, another event played by a competitor, a City event card, etc. The pin symbol and the wording makes Renovation an enduring effect throughout the entire round. Whenever you build an upgrade, if the attraction is closed, you can build on it for half the marked coin price.

The card rule doesn't specify where the card that players wish to build must come from. It could be their hand, the Market, or it could be their Showcase super attraction.
Yes, that is a body in the foundations. Whaddya expect for half price?

Previously "Draw three Park cards." Now "Draw three Park cards and put them into your hand."
This change was to help clarify whether the cards are in your hand to choose from in the following part of the rule. This way it's clear that you can discard the cards you've just drawn, because they are now in your hand. It also helps to clarify an interaction with the Idol of the Clenched Fist, which allows you to refuse to discard cards from your hand when forced.
The dumpster in Waste Management shows a number of familiar items, including some Skydrink bottles, an old robot from the Animatronic Show, that teddy bear that keeps popping up all over the place, some Tiger Experience t-shirts that the Souvenir Seller couldn't offload, and a copy of Unfair itself (I guess it's just too meta to sell theme-park-themed items in a theme park).

We'd received questions about whether the super attractions are included in the attraction limit or not. The rulebook answered that, and it answers it even more emphatically now, but we also thought that putting the "Total attraction" limit last would help to make that clearer. Better to reprint only 6 cards now than change it later and need to reprint 10, or 14, or...

Big Al is a respectable businessman who for some reason is featured in the Gangster theme pack. He owns a wide range of businesses, including Waste Management, a Pizzeria, and employs various Building Contractors. His financial services include loans for up-and-coming entrepreneurs at generous rates, and occasionally helping to cover the outrageous Insurance Excess payments demanded by insurers. He will also take any pair of unwanted Showcase cards off your hands, at a more-than-fair price.
