You can use a Park step action to demolish a single Park or Showcase card in your park, so if you wish to remove your replacement park entrance, you can do so.
Because its type is Park Entrance, and not Attraction or Upgrade, there is no card ability that can demolish a park entrance, whether replacement or otherwise.
A replacement entrance builds over your normal gate and replaces the basic values that the gate provides, so your park allows 0 super attractions once Lunatic Lair is built.
The Vacant Lot adds to your current base values, so you can have 0+1=1 super attraction in your park with a Vacant Lot.
