Electrified Fence turns off the ability of all animal upgrades on the same attraction, even positive ones you may want to keep, such as the coin ability of the Penguins.
Guests don't want to view the cute animals through such a heavy fence, only the scary ones, so consider carefully whether you want to combine dinosaurs and other animals on the same attraction.
The same fences appear in the Event card Containment Failure and in the Dinosaur Theme card. As you can see, they are not always completely... effective.
