There's a high chance everyone will benefit if you play a Media Blitz during the team-up, but if you play a Sponsorship Deal, only you will benefit.
Temporary Team-up changes your park's star total after other effects have been applied, including Media Blitz. You calculate your park's star total as normal, including your events, then compare with other players. Each player gets the largest star total +2, so even if you are the leading park, you still get a small benefit.
Effects such as Sponsorship Deal that change the rate of income per guest aren't affected by this event. Once you have worked out your star total, it gets limited to your park capacity as usual, and then you get your own park's number of coins per guest.
