The most technically correct answer of "the restroom is never actually built on the rollercoaster in the first place" isn't available to choose, but the nearby illustration clearly shows that if it were built on a rollercoaster, the lid would be in the "up" position. If you think the entire question is unfair, well... the title warned you it was an Unfair Contest.
